Commentary: Frederick W. Davis (1877-1961) was a leading dealer of Mexican arts and crafts. Beginning in the 1920s he managed the arts and antiques business of the Sonora News Company in the Palacio Iturbide at Avenida Madero 17 in the historic center of Mexico City. In 1933, he moved his shop to the Sanborn's store at Av. Madero 4. (Peter Schneider)
Comentario: Frederick W. Davis (1877-1961) fue un importante comerciante de artesanía mexicana. A partir de la década de 1920, dirigió el negocio de arte y antigüedades de la Sonora News Company en el Palacio Iturbide, situado en la Avenida Madero 17, en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México.
